We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wet room bathroom and separate toilet. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a comfortable dining room and a secure room to store our bikes overnight. The location was conveniently close to the river, making it easy for us to enjoy a fabulous cycle ride along the Somme river trail. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bikes and providing us with helpful information about the area.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The minimalist designer bedrooms were spacious and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. Stayed for four days, had nothing to complain about. Lovely people, excellent food and hospitality. Spacious and clean room with excellent bathroom facilities. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Convenient location close to the river for cycling. Secure room to store our bikes overnight.
No lounge or bar facilities for socializing. Opening hours needed to be clarified as there was no one at reception when we arrived.

The hotel offers a delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, yoghurt, and croissants with cheese or ham. the room was spacious, modern and clean with an excellent bathroom facility. Its location is convenient for visiting Somme or as a stopover between Channel ports and beyond. the restaurant has a fantastic five-course set dinner for a great price.
We found it difficult to find the entrance as it was located in another street and complicated by heavy rain. There were no lounges or socializing areas available in the hotel, and you couldn't socialize outside as it was raining.

We had a wonderful stay at a small hotel in Hangest-sur-Somme. the exterior may be unassuming, but inside we found a comfortable and welcoming dining room, as well as minimalist, designer bedrooms. the staff were attentive without being overbearing, and the food from the creative menu was superb. We spent a delightful four hours enjoying our dinner in a congenial atmosphere. Despite there being a 60th birthday party downstairs, our soundproof rooms ensured we weren't disturbed at all. Cons: Cannot find any fault with our stay! 🌟.

The guest rooms at l'Hôtel Restaurant du Canard are cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day. The private bathroom with free toiletries makes you feel pampered and refreshed. As a laid-back traveler, I truly enjoyed the homely vibe of the room.
If I had to point out one thing, it would be the limited wardrobe space in the guest rooms. But hey, it's just my personal preference and others might not even mind.
